A good place to get your oil changed I had some issues here before, but it appears that thier customer service in the service department has changed for the better. Not A Fan First, no one picks up the phone in this business. I had a difficult time setting up an appointment for days. Also, your online appointment system doe First, no one picks up the phone in this business. I had a difficult time setting up an appointment for days. Also, your online appointment system does not work. I Finally make my appointment, show up, drop my car off. The agent told me that it would take 3 hours, this was at 8:45 am. By 2:30 pm it took me almost an hour to get someone on the phone to give me an update on my car. By this time, I’m upset and left a frustrating message on someone’s voicemail. Within 10 minutes the agent calls me back and was not truthful when he stated that he told me that it would take until 3 pm. He proceeds to tell me that my car would have to be there overnight because the diagnostic was not done. I get a call the next morning with the diagnosis that my car had a bad engine, with no other information, but told me that the cost would be $7700, I declined. For $195.00 I should have been given a full diagnosis, I should have been given full details of why my car had the bad engine. I went to pick the car up about 4:15 pm, the agent runs my card 3 times and tells me that it was declined. I know that I have money on my card but because he was having difficulties with your archaic system, I chose to go find an ATM. Because of this though, I had to go on a wild goose chase to find an ATM in that crappy area, ultimately having to get a Lyft to go to an ATM. Is was unacceptable!!! I guess only if one is buying a cardo you get better treatment. More

Since my car had 2 recalls (in addition to other problems) Oscar gave me the use of a rental car which saved my day. He made the whole awful bad car news experience better. Thank you Oscar! More

Below Avg Everytime I have an appointment it is a minimum of a 30 minute wait. It defeats the purpose of the appointment. It feels like they do just enough not to get a complaint, but wwould never go above or beyond to wow a client.
