Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I purchased my 2021 challenger one year ago from the van nuys location. I basically got the deal that i wanted but only after plenty of back and forth with the salesmen, finance, and managers. This is typical for most dealerships but i did not appreciate the feeling of “okay you got your car, now get out” from the people working there. With that being said.. i just brought my car in a couple weeks ago (Jan. 21st) for routine maintenance and I got the same feeling from the maintenance department as well. When dropping off my car, I clearly mentioned the squealing noise coming from my brakes and asked if they could check them out. When i came back to pick up the car, I asked about it again and if they were able to fix it.. the man at the counter said “they were fine” and sent me on my way. The squealing noise was still there as if nothing had changed. At that point I didn’t even bother going back inside and saying something because both times i’ve visited this location, i’ve had the same feeling afterwards.. the feeling of “they don’t really want to help me, just get what you need and go”. Great job with communicating. The only thing which is out of their control is the amount of times I have brought the car in. I had to involve Jeep customer service for the service guys to start diagnosing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that has been on their service bay for one week.Without calling Jeep I would have to wait guys to start diagnosing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that has been on their service bay for one week.Without calling Jeep I would have to wait for another 2 weeks according to the service advisor who also did not perform the oil change after the repair was fixed.In addition I was charged an hourly labor due to a small relay box that they had to remove to repair the issue (electric mode is not working)Very bad experience. The problem is never getting a good estimate on how long it might take to do a repair. I was left guessing and wondering whether or not I need to rent a car or not. I decided to wait till the next day to he it might take to do a repair. I was left guessing and wondering whether or not I need to rent a car or not. They could not offer me a rental but directed me to contact corporate. A few of my vehicle issues were not addressed or corrected.
