Service had the vehicle for a difficult troubleshooting issue for 7 days. My service rep did not respond to any of the 2 texts or voicemail left inquiring about progress. The service always not good, short answers. All the time the representative get me the new you don’t get any car. Worst service I have ever received at a dealership. I've been. To Russell, Westbrook Chrysler in Van Nuys California to have my jeep serviced on three occasions, and the service just seems to get worse I've been. I was informed that the job will be completed in no less than three weeks however, three weeks turned into three months. They kept giving me the runaround as to why the job wasn't completed. Furthermore, when I finally received my vehicle and drove it off the lot, my radio seized to work. Basically, I got a brand new engine and drove off with an electrical problem. I am highly disappointed and until changes are made with the management of that branch, I will not recommend that dealership to anyone I know. Kofi Yiadom. More
