Took wayyyyyy too long… Booked an appointment for a simple oil change. Left the car there went to work out at the gym, came back 2 hours later and the car was still not ready, had to wait an other 35 m simple oil change. Not sure if their was a change in management or something but these past 2 experiences have been horrible… More
I had scheduled drop-off date, but my truck sat for 9 days. They finally diagnosed it on the 8th day and found nothing. Scheduled appointments should be made closer to the diagnostic date. Apart from that my truck was damaged, but unfortunately I didn't notice it until I washed it the next day. Now it's too late to report it. Always take pictures of your vehicle before, and never leave without completely checking your vehicle for damages. Lastly, the service agents need to be more professional. I had to call for updates, and they make you feel like they're doing you a favor. I will never service my truck at this dealer again. More
