One of my rims sustained damage “Dent” while my vehicle was being serviced as well as a tire being damaged. Spark plug service is way overpriced and at one point the service tech said “ Well these are deal was being serviced as well as a tire being damaged. I’m not sure they used OEM parts or Autozone/Napa pads or if the rotors were resurfaced my brakes still squeak. Transmission service was also done, however the transmission still kicks when switching from park to drive. It’s a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with only 61,000 miles. Unfortunately due to my lack of knowledge I’m at the mercy of the dealership and forced to trust them. I paid over $2,000 for the entire service work, but somehow feel a lot of the work was not completed and was taken advantage of. More

Customer service is the absolute last thing this dealership has in mind.
