Service guy took a long time to finally approve warranty after many calls to the warranty center. After job was done sent pictures of a leak that they could have done while in there. All of the people in the office were super nice. One of my rims sustained damage “Dent” while my vehicle was being serviced as well as a tire being damaged. Spark plug service is way overpriced and at one point the service tech said “ Well these are deal was being serviced as well as a tire being damaged. Spark plug service is way overpriced and at one point the service tech said “ Well these are dealer prices”. Brake pad replacement for front brakes only was $500. I’m not sure they used OEM parts or Autozone/Napa pads or if the rotors were resurfaced my brakes still squeak. Transmission service was also done, however the transmission still kicks when switching from park to drive. It’s a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with only 61,000 miles. Unfortunately due to my lack of knowledge I’m at the mercy of the dealership and forced to trust them. I paid over $2,000 for the entire service work, but somehow feel a lot of the work was not completed and was taken advantage of. More
