My family always purchases cars from van campen, however, their service department was terrible. Everytime i’d attempt to call the service department I could never get through. Finally, I took my vehicle for their service department was terrible. Everytime i’d attempt to call the service department I could never get through. Finally, I took my vehicle for inspection which took a total of four hours. After two hours they called saying it was complete and all it needed was windshield wipers, which took another two hours. There is absolutely no reason it should have taken two hours just to install wiper blades. They’re great to buy cars from, very kind and personable and willing to work with you, but their service department is a nightmare. More

I am very picky with where I take my vehicle and will definitely be bringing it back here in the future. Also, I want to give them a huge shout out because today I was having issues with my windshield washer wiper kind of falling apart a little (turns out there were two things just slightly loose) and they fixed it for me free of charge and with a big smile on their face. More
