Bad communication with prices and overcharge On 9/20/ 2018 at 10 a.m. in the morning ,I took my truck here and I wanted an oil change for $39.95 plus a free tire rotation with a coupon they didn' On 9/20/ 2018 at 10 a.m. in the morning ,I took my truck here and I wanted an oil change for $39.95 plus a free tire rotation with a coupon they didn't honor any of that, They charged me $41.45 and $15.00 for tire rotation. and as I was waiting for my ride to pick me up, I had asked the gentleman if he could check to see why the lamp light was on and my check engine light kept coming on, he said sure no problem . Not one word was mentioned that its cost to do this or he charges $90 an hour to do this after I drop my vehicle off when I pick my vehicle up I was very highly upset that the fact that my bill account to $167 . I find this company very unloyal and deceiving ,company. I had just moved here and I thought it would be convenient to use a company that was located in my area that I was living but I guess not I think I'll travel further for a better service, will never use them again, then the gentleman told me that he told me on the phone that he charges $90 an hour but I didn't mention my electrical till I got ready to drop the car off he didn't know about my electrical problem, until I told him about it, and not once did he mention that is he charges $90 an hour and a fee to hook it up. Lousy lousy communication for a company and me being new to Williamsport, PA that tells alittle bit I will never recommend them to anybody.crooks More
