When it comes to vehicle purchasing I did almost everything that one is cautioned not to do such as (1) admittedly I wasn't knowledgeable about the processes, and (2) I didn't know what to expect generally. However, salesperson Rich Glidden stepped in and went above and beyond his normal duties to ensure my daughter and I were well informed, our stipulations were met, and his hospitality toward us was felt and experienced as company wide. A very nice employee even allowed me to utilize his jacket because I wasn't wearing one on a very cold/wet day. I was grateful. The financier was knowledgeable, fun, and amazing! Ultimately, it's good to know we didn't have to worry about being "tricked" or "conned" into purchasing services we would never use. Thanks VanDevere Buick/Kia! More
