During covid things went haywire and I was afraid I waited too long to get an oil change to keep their warranty. The woman on the phone assured me that my "warranty forever" was still good and I took i waited too long to get an oil change to keep their warranty. A few months later, the vehicle is running like crap so I take it to VanDevere in case it's an issue covered under the warranty. Big surprise, they tell us it needs thousands of dollars worth of work and our warranty WAS in fact voided because we were late on our oil change. I was flat out lied to so I would take my car there. I don't want them to fix it but if they don't I have to pay $300 just for the estimate! By the way, the numerous other repairs were never covered under the warranty anyway! Run! They are liars! More

I recently went in looking for a new Silverado. Found a used one. With an over 800 credit score, I was assured I was getting the best rate available. I told them I wanted to use my bank but they said it wa used one. With an over 800 credit score, I was assured I was getting the best rate available. I told them I wanted to use my bank but they said it was higher than GM financial. The whole deal seemed fishy but since I bought from them in the past, I obviously put too much trust in them. The next day I discovered through my bank that they were lying. They were charging me 2% higher than I was approved for. They lied because they never contacted my bank at all. When I confronted them, they made up excuses that were not true. At this point I knew I had been scammed. Even though they canceled the finance through GM, the Sales Manger, Joe, told me I was still in a legal contract. I was told by my bank that they did not have a fundable contract any longer. Not sure about how others feel but I at this point I don't feel one bit comfortable continuing with this deal. Too make this story not drag on, Joe became extremely nasty to my son and I. Told me he was having the truck towed away and I was going to be out all of it. I will never advise anyone to do business there. I will never again either. After owning a business most of my life, I could not imagine treating someone with so much disrespect. Joe would never work for my establishment. I will never forget this horrible experience. You lost my business and all that know me in Mansfield Ohio. More

Deceitful and scammers. Caked me about a lease I had. They wanted to purchase my late model vehicle and said I had lots of positive equity. I had no intention of getting rid of the vehicle early but thou They wanted to purchase my late model vehicle and said I had lots of positive equity. I had no intention of getting rid of the vehicle early but thought if there was positive equity might be worth it. Went in and they treated me terrible. First low balled me. Then started playing the haggle back and forth game. I said just give me my key s back so I can leave. This has been a waste of my time and they were like well we are just trying to help you get out of this vehicle. I said YOU CALLED ME AND I SAID I HAD POSITIVE EQUITY AND NOW YOU ATR OFFERING ME WELL UNDER WHAT I OWE. Do not believe a word these people say as they are deceitful and just trying to get rip off as many people as they can. More
