i found from talking to you on the phone that a meeting with you was just going to be more of the same , you were all ready argumentive about just the few quick issues we talked about .there were things ,well bad things that happened that i didnt even mention in the review , for example the sales man quoted me what the payment per month was going to be and it was higher than we had talked about getting so i called my wife to explain to her as to why it went up from what he had told me it would be , and with her on the phone he repeated 3 times to me to make sure you tell her that we are NOT charging you any more than the 8495 for the car , that the only reason for the payment going up was because they had to drop the loan from 66 months down to 60 months and that is the only reason for the change !!! she clearly heard him say it and so did i !! but if you look the loan didnt drop to 60 months ,it got snuck through at 63 months and as i said before the price didnt go through as we aggreed and shook hands on eaither it went through at 8950 or 8995 so i guess thats why the extra 3 payments were snuck in huh ? anyway i have a list made up of the 17 lies that were used to sell me this car , and what really sucks is i came to your dealership because i thought you were a family owned HONEST dealership who keeps there word and stands behind what what you sell !! i didnt have to drive an hour away to buy a car like i bought , i could have got taken advantage of at any local dishonest lot !! so like i said every thing that i said happened really did and i would swear to that on a stack of bibles !!! i dont lie and have NEVER complained to a dealership about a purchace before in my life . OH and just to be honest i think im going to also file a report with the BBV ,and the CPA ,not to try to get even or be vendictive but i dont think anybody deserves to have this happen to them so if i can help prevent this from happening to at least one person its a start . I belive in being completly honest with people , good or bad and if your people had been even close to that way with me you could have had a repeat customer ,and i know all your customers dont get treated this way because i have now talked to a few of them and they were shocked to hear what happened to me , so just 1 question .... was it because im from out of town and they thought we can take him cause he probally wont come back anyways ????? well they were wrong if i was treated right and not lied to i would have been a repeat customer .The only good things i can say about your dealership is yea it is nice , big , and clean ,and the workers there all were VERY nice even while lieing to my face.... but i guess the niceness is why i trusted them . sincerely,shawn kiser 419-564-9449
