Between receiving horrible treatment and service for a damaged air conditioning condenser to their mechanic not tightening the cap to my coolant during and oil change and causing my engine to overheat....and still waiting on confirmation I will be reimbursed for the tow (I rejected the offer for free oil changes to make up the tow expense 🤣🙃) I cannot wait to be done with VanDevere and Kia. Biting the bullet, eating the negative equity, and buying a Honda. After several weeks, still waiting to hear on the refund for my tow. I've reached out a few times with no reply. More

My forte had an intermittent issue that would never flare up when it was in the shop. Earliest this week the issue came back and I was able to get it in the shop while it was happening.
