Adam Burke was our lifesaver last weekend! After a botched oil change in PA and ending up on the side of the road , a tow truck took my car to your dealership Friday night. On Saturday morning promptly at 8 AM, Adam got in contact with me and asked what was going on. I gave him the rundown and he quickly went to work . I ended up picking up my car Saturday around 3 PM on a busy holiday weekend.. My husband and I will forever be grateful to Adam Burke and his team for efficiently and effectively fixing up my car so I could safely get back out on the road. More

I brought my car in for service and mentioned to Olivia that I would like to upgrade to something larger. Not only did she handle everything with my current car getting fixed (getting me a rental for the d that I would like to upgrade to something larger. They don't honor the drive train dealership warranty with out first charges. Had to go back 4 times after they did a 1000mi oil test. Didn't get a mile away,then wanted $250 to find the problems they caused out first charges. Had to go back 4 times after they did a 1000mi oil test. They wanted to take the heads off and if they weren't bad enough charge $2500 to put them back. Just a ripoff. And funny the service manager is always in a meeting. Owner won't return calls. More
