It is rare, to experience integrity and kindness, so quietly. I was just about to drive off Kendall Fords lot, with my used 2013 Ford Edge. A recent trade in, it was sold as is. But at the last minu quietly. I was just about to drive off Kendall Fords lot, with my used 2013 Ford Edge. A recent trade in, it was sold as is. But at the last minute, my salesman, Jeremy, said that his boss , Kioshie wanted to fix the brakes first, as his mechanic had recommended that it would be needed soon. I thought it was good of them, so they drove me home. A couple days later, Jeremy called and said they were sending someone with a loaner, as they had to wait on parts to arrive. A beautiful 2025 Bronco by the way, so I was in no hurry. It turned out the mechanic discovered something else that need attention, and they weren’t going to send me home, until everything was safe… They didn’t need to do any of that, as I had already paid in full, and had bought it as is. It took a while, and they never asked for an additional dime, I am nobody special, and they went the extra mile for me, to make sure my car was safe…I am not sure what else they had to do, besides the brakes, as they did it without any fanfare, but their honesty, kindness, and integrity, made me feel safe…and Special ! Thank you, Kendall Ford! More

It has been an outstanding experience at Kendall Ford. It took less than 3 hours to find the particular vehicle we wanted, test drive it, and do the paperwork.
