With some minor financial misunderstandings we took the car back to Vancouver Ford. Steve Backo was our salesman and was very awesome throughout the entire process. When we came back he was concerned that we were going to park the car and walk off be we surprised him by asking to see a 2014 Ford Fiesta. We ended up with a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. The process was quick and easy and I love my new car. Vancouver Ford is wonderful place to purchase a car. It doesn't take all day or night, just a couple of hours. Went back in a month later and finally got what I was looking for. I was a little upset that a couple of prices I was quoted ended up being more than originally stated. Treated like Crap I had wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a long time and stopped by one day and ended up getting a 2014 f-150, which I thought would be a great truc I had wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a long time and stopped by one day and ended up getting a 2014 f-150, which I thought would be a great truck for me. Within the first tank of gas, the truck started having vibration issues so I took it in for service and they balanced the wheels and tires and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Well that didn't do anything and it has consistently gotten worse. I have contacted service multiple times and they were "looking into it" Its been almost two months now and they've done nothing and don't seem to want to. I have a brand new F-150 parked in my driveway because it vibrates so bad the visors shake and you constantly feel it. Because I'm a woman, they tried to tell me that's how trucks drive. It didn't drive like that when I test drove it or I would have laughed! It should be covered under warranty. How would you feel if you spent that kind of money on something that broke within a few hundred miles and the dealership just blows you off? Vancouver Ford should go out of business if that's how they treat their customers. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and I can not believe this is how they are allowed to treat people. They need to fix it right or take it back. More
