Confirmed twice, car not ready, salesperson unavailable, sales manager said they sell cars with known mechanical problems & won’t allow third‑party PPIs. Not trustworthy. sales manager said they sell cars with known mechanical problems & won’t allow third‑party PPIs. Not trustworthy. More
I came in to get my radiator hose replaced and they quoted me thousands of dollars worth of work. Five things that had to be addressed which I chose two of and then come to find out, they didn't have the part to fix my radiator hose after the work had already been started. The most disappointing part of this was the employee's response to my frustration. He could have cared less. I bought my last three vehicles from this dealership and this is what I have to say. I'm going to buy my next one somewhere else , your loss. Here's a suggestion from somebody who's been in customer service all of his life. The customer is the most important person and if you don't make them that, your business won't survive. Good luck with your new ownership and your sub product and lack of service. More

Great experience buying from them. Inventory was low on the car I wanted, but the whole team worked together to get exactly what I was looking for. Inventory was low on the car I wanted, but the whole team worked together to get exactly what I was looking for. More
On August 11, 2023, I was ready to puraches a vehicle, and weirdly the manager Kahlil Abo Zeeter refused to give me a trade quote without first telling him what my pay off was. When I told him I'd rather and weirdly the manager Kahlil Abo Zeeter refused to give me a trade quote without first telling him what my pay off was. When I told him I'd rather have the quote first, he became belligerent and insistent. I still declined at the time, and he got angry and essentially hollered a price well below blue book or any other book. Although I was going to buy the vehicle, I left immediatly. Shady shady shady practices. I actually used to work for this store 20 years ago, apparently Hyundai allows shady practices as compared to the integrity we use to uphold. I will never go back to this dealership and of course will let everyone I discuss this with know how shady this store's practices are. More
I was in communication with someone who uses the name, Red Teichert, regarding an SUV that was in stock. The main Hyundai USA website directed us to this dealership originally with an advertised MSRP that Red Teichert, regarding an SUV that was in stock. The main Hyundai USA website directed us to this dealership originally with an advertised MSRP that we would have been open to accept, less any incentives from Hyundai, including Presidents Day sales. After several emails and phone calls from "Red" asking for us to come in and see the SUV, I attempted to validate that they had the model and trim we found. "Red" stated two different times that this vehicle wasn't there and they had none. So we revisited the website and went through the entire build and price process, again, to be presented with the vehicle "Red" stated wasn't in stock. When I challenged him, he came back stating the SUV was $5,000 above the advertised and window sticker prices (see attached). This salesperson was lying and there is nothing worse than working with a dishonest person, especially when purchasing a new vehicle. This "bait and switch" sales tactic is incredibly offensive and had this person honored the advertised price on the window sticker and Hyundai USA website, we might have written a more positive review. Based on the plethora of other reviews, I feel vindicated that we aren't alone in our experience, albeit a sad commentary of the salespeople Vancouver Hyundai hires. As the adage is often said, "Buyer Beware." More
