Dishonest and Untrustworthy This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever endured. The finance manager here held our interest rate hostage because we did not want to purch This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever endured. The finance manager here held our interest rate hostage because we did not want to purchase the additional protection. If we purchased the protection she would give us an interest rate of around 3% but if we did not the rate was 6%. They also slipped in a $500 alarm charge that we did not ask for or concept to being placed on the bill. The sales rep said their GM would reach out to us to discuss the issues but we never heard from him. This dealership does not prize themselves on being honest or conducing their business in an ethical manner. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. They were more interested in making a one time sale instead of building an impactful relationship with their customers. Stay away! More
