This is the 4th vehicle we have boughten from this dealer. Ken and Bruce were awesome to deal with. The service was very friendly, made us feel very comfy. He's not a salesman but he turned me to Bruce and Ken. The deal making was very easy. We are trying to improve our credit. We took a big hit with the economy and loss of employment a few years back. We are slowly making our way out and they really worked with us to make a great deal. After the sale Ken was very knowledgable on all the workings of the vehicle, he's a very sweet man and knows his business. The overall experience was wonderful. Nobody wasted my time. I told them up front about our credit and such and I wanted a yes or no on wether they could make a deal with us. They were very up front with us and the time spent there was enjoyable. It was college football month so the atmosphere was very upbeat with the college songs playing. I would definately go back and would ask for the same sales people, even though I think any of the staff would be very helpful. Ray was great from start to finish. He was professional and very patient. I wanted to test drive the car 3 times and each time he was very accomodating, even to the point that on the 3rd time I was hesita and very patient. Ray was very easy to work with and in my opinion used "a soft sell" approach rather than "push, push, push" approach. He knew when to offer the right approach/direction, directing me into making a decision without me feeling pushed into a decision. I would definately recommend Ray to future buyers. He was friendly, well informed about the automobile and just a pleasure to work with. So glad he approached us when we arrived at the dealership and worked with us in finding the automobile that fits me to a tee. One of the best car salesmen I've ever worked with. More
