I came in and had a terrible experience with Beth. Not only did she not know the products, but she flat out lied to me during the (attempted) buying process. Absolutely unacceptable. Only to call ME the next day to say “we are unwilling to negotiate”. These two were enough for me to swear off Vandergriff. Thankful for you, we were later contacted by an internet specialist who was WAY more pleasant to deal with (after we made it clear we would absolutely NOT work with Beth). We worked with Madi who was an absolute dream and got me into the exact car I wanted. Overall, Madi saved your reputation and sale. I will only recommend your dealership with referral to Madi. More
