1. you guys kept my car for 1-1/2 weeks. this happens every time I bring it in for service. 2. the repair was not complete the first time. I drove it away and within 30 minutes the alarms on the dash we every time I bring it in for service. 2. the repair was not complete the first time. I drove it away and within 30 minutes the alarms on the dash went off again, so i brought it back in. 3. after another diagnosis by the service tech, I was told that other parts 'broke' after i drove it off and it would be more money to get those parts replaced. 4. then i get a call from the service advisor telling me that she forgot to tell me some additional work would be needed on top of that and it would cost even more. I am totally disappointed in this level of service. I am not a bank to keep making withdrawals from. this is the last time I will bring my Equinox to Vandergriff for service. Jack L Burk More

They changed the oil, but did not rotate tires or inflate to my requested psi. Better service and speed out of Valvoline local oil change shop. More
MJ was polite and listened to the problem I was having with my Traverse. Since he had to keep it longer than a day, he removed car seats for my Grandkids and reinstalled them into my husbands car! Awesome truck and in the end... a decent deal. That deal did not come easy. It is still unknown whether or not the deal Is is great. I came to the dealership to purchase this vehicle and did a test drive Since I am in the initial stages of macular degeneration, I asked a lot of questions on things that would seem normal to others. One was how good of shape is the vehicle in. Although it was Is a 2021 Toyota Itwas at the 18000 miles. . Each time I asked the response was, NO ISSUES. When I left the dealership not 5 minutes after I parked across the highway to eat, someone from the dealership that was a customer told me that I had a Dent in the hood. He did not want to say anything while we were at the dealership but followed me after I left.. He explained that he overheard a group of Who he said were sales people talking about What the chances were of me finding that Dent. Apparently the Dent was an issue with the vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle it showed that there was a small Dent in the hood and I brought this to the attention of vandergriff the following morning. But before morning I had someone review my financing paperwork and found a $3500 Discrepancy. I informed the finance person that the vehicle had a Dent and my financing was not correct. He agreed and corrected the the financing work and I had to travel back from Dallas to Arlington in order to signal the all documents. I informed him of the Dent and he said it was out of his department. So I called my salesperson person who's 6⁶was out sick for a few days and was promised that at a later time The Body Shop would call me and they would fix it. I have no one has any idea about he discrepancies. I sent many emaikd and many reviews and many voicemails with no return.. I'm still waiting for the make ready or body shop to schedule my appointment.. When I call there they have no idea what I'm talking about. Please have your guard up and research done before you come in. More
