Every time I go to the dealership I always experience nothing but the best response and help with expectations of what’s needed and and the price. They are the most couscous people, and they never try to nothing but the best response and help with expectations of what’s needed and and the price. They are the most couscous people, and they never try to force you to do what might be required with the mileage, but doing only what you came to have done. I highly recommend to anyone who needs work on their car to give Vandergriff a try because you won’t be disappointed. More
It was one of the fastest service appointments I've ever had. Done in just over an hour. My appointment was scheduled for Feb. 15 very early in the morning, but I was able to take my car in on February 14 had. Done in just over an hour. Vince was my advisor and he was helped by Cody (Coby?) when he was on lunch. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful. I got an explanation of what was needed and why. I got the multipoint inspection, an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel additive. The text message received was helpful so I could keep track of when my car would be completed. Joanne was at the cashier's desk and was wonderful to deal with. She helped me with my Chevy points and I was able to use those and paid nothing, even after getting a couple of other discounts. It was a great experience. I used to go all the way to NRH for service, but this location is so much closer to home and well worth my business. More
Vianey vand Dusty went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. She stayed in constant contact with me through out the whole process. They kept me in the loop of when the parts were arriving as well was satisfied. She stayed in constant contact with me through out the whole process. Vandgergriff should be proud of having them represent the dealership and they both are EXACTLY what every customer should expect from a service department. They should train others in the GM family on how to treat customers. More
