This dealership went above and beyond when I took my truck in for service. They made sure that my issue was resolved in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way during the process. Considering we were lied to, left in the dark, and had the rug pulled from under our feet through the whole process, I would not say that we were treated with respect. I was informed of shady business practices that Vandergriff uses, by a former employee, but thought that a person's word would trump that. But apparently I was naïve to think so. I will not be returning to Vandergriff, ever, and plan to deter any friends, family, and acquaintances away from Vandergriff in the future. Additionally, in trying to keep this private and reply through email, I was met with two different undeliverable emails, and therefore took this to the next level. More

Extremely poor customer service. After the vehicle being in the shop 2 weeks to replace battery cables, and no communication from Cody about the status, I showed up at service dept. to speak with manager. in the shop 2 weeks to replace battery cables, and no communication from Cody about the status, I showed up at service dept. to speak with manager. Basically I had been forgotten, or not made a priority. Parts were not readily available, and the department did not do anything above and beyond to help locate parts in a timely manner. If fact when I suggested that it was time to go above and beyond and make some phone calls, and Cody's first words out of his mouth are "I can't.........", then I'm sorry, I can't do business with this dealership that tells me what they can't do. Final nail in the coffin, they damaged the driver side mirror, plain as day, big black streak across it, and scratched the white paint, they did not take ownership of the problem. Yes they buffed the black off, but made no offer to fix the scratch. My wife wanted her car back and told them it was OK. What kind of man manager doesn't apologize and offer to get the vehicle into the body shop at our convenience, instead of gently forcing my wife to accept "as is" given all the problems previously encountered. Will never be back. Will tell everyone of my poor service. More
