Took my 2020 trail Boss with 8000 miles in for its second oil change to Vandergriff Chevrolet, as we were going on a 1600 mile round trip to Florida, got back from Florida today, and moved it from the stree oil change to Vandergriff Chevrolet, as we were going on a 1600 mile round trip to Florida, got back from Florida today, and moved it from the street to the driveway tonight and noticed a 2’ x 2’ section of liquid under the truck, go feel it it’s xxxxing oil, get under the truck to find oil DRIPPING from the oil filter………. Either not tight or cross threaded by the dealership……..somebody’s going to do a hole lot of explaining tomorrow……. And going to make it right……….as who knows what damage may have been done long term to my engine………..100.00 + dollars for an oil change, from the dealership, you know the professionals , can’t even put on an oil filter correctly……wow….. More

I only gave 1 star because I had to . Worst experience ever ! I put my trust and hard earned money into Vandergriff Chevrolet. 2 months after purchasing vehicle cash money & it started making a clicking n ever ! I put my trust and hard earned money into Vandergriff Chevrolet. 2 months after purchasing vehicle cash money & it started making a clicking noise . When I get time I finally take it to get looked at in the service center of this establishment. I was told it has impact damage on front wheel of some sort and need new tires . Certified preowned my xxx . I was told it was documented with damage when brought on the lot but yet still passed inspection to sell . Salesman manager gave the green light to fix but I was on my own and had to purchase new tires (ain’t that some Bulls*%?) . 2 weeks later still waiting on the phone call to pick up my vehicle . More
