Had the worst experience ever at a dealership near Vandergriff. Didn’t wanna have a completely wasted trip after how crappy Cooley Mitsubishi treated us so we stopped in a whim at Vandergriff because Vandergriff. Didn’t wanna have a completely wasted trip after how crappy Cooley Mitsubishi treated us so we stopped in a whim at Vandergriff because their lot looked nice. Was immediately greeted by people who genuinely seemed to want to help me (and shocking, they were wearing mask and trying to keep people safe and healthy!). After being greeted, the absolutely best dealer I have ever worked with, Lesha Park, decided to help me. She was straight forward, genuinely listened to my wants and needs and even simply lended an ear for me to express the frustrations with our previous experience up the road at Cooley. She was honest with me 120% from the start about what she was trying to do and why she was asking for certain items or paperwork parts. Sure enough, Lesha and the rest of the wonderful team got me a huge price drop on a vehicle and better payments and rates than I asked for originally. I left with a beautiful little car that was even more than I had hoped for and it was truly the quickest in and out car buying process ever. 10 gold stars to the dealership overall and I wish I had more than 2 thumbs up to give Lesha as the dealer we worked with. More
