On the other hand read below; When I call a facility, I would like for someone to not hang up on me. I called and got hung up on more than 3 times. That really bugged me. I know all about customer service and if I was to do that I’d get in big time trouble. When I asked who I was talking to the girl said call back and ask for Ruth. Why would I do that; when I’m talking to you. If I’m going to get that type of service when calling what kind of service would I get if I were to purchase a vehicle there?? More

I was in the market to trade in for a Tahoe. I drove to the dealership and was directed to Brian Campa to fulfill the deal. Not only was the deal right, Brian even drove the Tahoe to our house and drove ou the dealership and was directed to Brian Campa to fulfill the deal. Not only was the deal right, Brian even drove the Tahoe to our house and drove our trade in back. This was hands down the smoothest, under the circumstances new car deal I’ve ever experienced and because of Vandergriff Chevrolet and Brian Campa, I have return since 2007 when I bought my first new truck from Vandergriff Chevrolet. If all continues to go as is in our life then we will be regular customers to Vandergriff for years to come. We will trade every 3 years of so. More

I waited 15 minutes for a service advisor to check me in for an oil change. He said it would be done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Over two hours later I went to find out what was going on. A man said he would find for an oil change. He said it would be done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Over two hours later I went to find out what was going on. A man said he would find out. It was down, right outside the door. He didn't have the paper work but said I could take the car. To wait an hour or more for an oil change is hardly speedy, but over two hours is not acceptable. That is especially true when the car was done! More

Great experience! I had originally called and spoke to an employee that no longer worked there about my AC not blowing cold air the previous month and Jonathan was able to get me in the next day. My truck an employee that no longer worked there about my AC not blowing cold air the previous month and Jonathan was able to get me in the next day. My truck was dropped off and the problem was diagnosed the next business day. I was very lucky that they had the parts in to fix my AC in stock and it was fixed the following day. I couldn’t ask for faster service and I was informed every step of the way. Jonathan Burton is a rock star. More
