Shady, shady, shady. A complete lack of integrity here! Don’t buy from Vandergriff, they rip you off, change the agreed upon pricing, and add in BS items that you didn’t ask for to pad the price by $2k+! I asked the manager, who lied, said that’s their standard practice, then asked me to leave when I questioned his honesty. Sneaky, shady, dishonest. These guys show a price on the Internet that looks like a good deal. When you get there you get to see the window sticker that shows you get to pay an additional $1800 to get your vehicle. They want to charge you for "paint protection" that is a load of BS, Then for a Kahu security system that you dont need and widow tint, that costs them about $100. I know this because the guy that has done mine for years does dealerships and he give 1st responders the same deal. Show your real pricing up front quit trying to sucker people in I called out your manager and he said they are forced to do this by Vandergriff even though they know its all BS. But most people are ignorant to this and dont call them out on it. He even offered to give me the internet price. But after you try to screw me I'm done and going to an honest dealership with upfront pricing. More

Really wish there was an option for 0 stars! Absolutely the worst sales experience I have ever had. Ranging from Morgan who said she was a sales manager lying in regards to telling me that the salesman was the worst sales experience I have ever had. Ranging from Morgan who said she was a sales manager lying in regards to telling me that the salesman was on his was to my property at 11:20 am for a test drive scheduled at 12:00 pm And by 1:00 pm no one ever showed up for the test drive. To her repeatedly raising her voice and talking over me and my wife. After telling her we would not be doing business with them she called back to yell and call my wife a xxxxx and tell us that our family will never be welcome in her dealership. To Shane Cox running my credit with out authorization and trying to have me agree to a purchase term before ever even getting a test drive which had been approved and scheduled 2 days prior. When asking Shane Cox to allow me to speak with his manager he transferred me back to Morgan who works under him. My experience with this location shows that their ownership and management truly does not care about their customers and will do anything they can to screw their customers over. Other individuals whom I dealt with was a sales person named Tyler who was suppose to be bringing the SUV for a test drive and then Curtis Shultz who originally set up the Teat drive. More

After two days of conversing with Nathan nothing has been accomplished. I was interested in a 2021 Tahoe, and have 2 vehicles for trade. I sent the requested vin numbers for the trades. This is the most unethical dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They falsely advertise prices online and then try to add “dealer fees”. Then when you call them out on it, the suddenly drop the fees.
