Mo was great to work with. He was experienced and did not try and pressure us into a quick decision. He knew we were going to go to another dealership to look at different vehicle. He just said to let not try and pressure us into a quick decision. He knew we were going to go to another dealership to look at different vehicle. He just said to let him know our decision. We ended up buying from Mo partly because of the way he treated us. More

This is the most unethical dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They falsely advertise prices online and then try to add “dealer fees”. Then when you call them out on it, the suddenly drop the fees. Then the with. They falsely advertise prices online and then try to add “dealer fees”. Then when you call them out on it, the suddenly drop the fees. Then they also lie to you. They’re rude. Zero professionalism. They were “holding a car” for me and suddenly they came up with a reason not to sell it to me. It’s either because they discriminate against LGBTQ people or they found someone to pay more. Either way, they have no integrity. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! More
went into the store today asked about supplier pricing on a equinox, numbers came back 33 thousand and change. I mentioned another dealership having a better deal, and left. while searching online I found a equinox, numbers came back 33 thousand and change. I mentioned another dealership having a better deal, and left. while searching online I found vehicles at Vandergriff Chevrolet (approximately 15 vehicles) of the same vehicle, or similar to the one I inquired about in person. I went online and requested information about the vehicle listed around 19890-20500. was transferred to "Melvin Smith" who responded we already went over the numbers. I asked why the online numbers were 3-4 thousand cheaper, no response. I asked if business was intentionally putting fake numbers online, no response. I then stated horrible business practice, do not contact me. a minute later I received a message stating "we didnt sir you contacted me. You told me you were going to Classic." beyond unprofessional attitude. I still do not know if business is intentionally posting prices online that the will not honor. More

I recently called to setup an appointment to bring my car to receive a diagnostic, as something was wrong with my AC. When I called I was told not to make an appointment, just bring it. My husband dropped my to receive a diagnostic, as something was wrong with my AC. When I called I was told not to make an appointment, just bring it. My husband dropped my car off on Friday and was told that no one will be able to look at it until the following Friday. I asked my husband if there was anything that they could do, because we would be out of a car for a week before they would even begin to fix it. We called our warranty company and were told that they couldn’t do anything for us because they had to have the diagnostic run first. I called back on Saturday to see if there was anything that could be done or if a loaner could be provided, because I have kids and work and I just can’t be without my car for that long. I was told that the only way I could get a loaner car is if my car doesn’t work and that is the store policy. I was also told that I could just take it somewhere else, which I did. I had to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. The other dealership was able to get my diagnostic run on Monday and my car is ready for pick up today, Tuesday. When I picked up my car from Vandegriff, Paul Jennings had the unmitigated gall to ask my husband and I to leave a 5 star review, although no work was done on our car and we had to take it to another dealership. I wish I would have purchased my vehicle from another dealership and I am sorely disappointed in the treatment, or lack thereof, that I received. More
I had my car serviced today for a tire rotation and oil change, although the technician was very friendly and nice I felt rather perplexed and sad seeing so many people not wearing mask and not practicing change, although the technician was very friendly and nice I felt rather perplexed and sad seeing so many people not wearing mask and not practicing social distancing. None of the technicians had on mask or gloves and were all walking around like it was a normal day. I asked if my car would be disinfected once they where done and I was offered a disinfectant service for $60. This made me uncomfortable because they would be driving my car with no protective gear on. I had rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle that I brought from home. Once I received my car back I sprayed it down as much as I could and took wipes to wipe down my steering wheel. However I was very disappointed in the lack of precautionary measures that were taken and most likely will not return unless they improve on their caution of the Covid 19. More

Darren the sales person was phenomenal. Internet sells personel can use a course on professionalism and to avoid using dismissive terms when addressing new customers. T finance personnel that Darren had t personel can use a course on professionalism and to avoid using dismissive terms when addressing new customers. T finance personnel that Darren had to speak to me left more to be desired from a business and interpersonal standpoint. He was condescending and possibly misleading to say the least. I was told that you all only do in house financing, and gave me the scenario, "If you or your lending agency signed me a check and left it with me, the only thing we have is a signed piece of paper then you got our merchandise and gone on down the road and we have nothing." As i told him, when I get an agreeable deal, I would have it faxed to my financial institution and she will be in touch. All i got was a smirk and a chickle. Encouraged me to buy a pre-owned or "cheaper vehicle." We have like last year models. Although I realized before going there, it down is an option but at this point I didn't want nothing to do with this guy. I stayed and ended the interaction due to the professionalism and hard work Darren had put into finding what I wanted and answered question to put me in the right vehicle. When my answer wasn't his first guess of your finance guy, "Who doing your finance? Navy credit?" It was then he was so not interested in budging on the final numbers and recommending less than what I wanted. I inquired of first responder and employee discount, my father in law worked at GM 26 years before his passing. Neither of the two meant nothing. I purchased a vehicle from you guys several years before and wouldn't never believe I would have this experience this day and time. If this guy in the finance department is gonna play a major part in stimulating the economy, good luck. Thank you for entertaining my experience I had on yesterday. Disappointed, Alvin Byrd More
