Darren the sales person was phenomenal. Internet sells personel can use a course on professionalism and to avoid using dismissive terms when addressing new customers. T finance personnel that Darren had to speak to me left more to be desired from a business and interpersonal standpoint. He was condescending and possibly misleading to say the least. I was told that you all only do in house financing, and gave me the scenario, "If you or your lending agency signed me a check and left it with me, the only thing we have is a signed piece of paper then you got our merchandise and gone on down the road and we have nothing." As i told him, when I get an agreeable deal, I would have it faxed to my financial institution and she will be in touch. All i got was a smirk and a chickle. Encouraged me to buy a pre-owned or "cheaper vehicle." We have like last year models. Although I realized before going there, it down is an option but at this point I didn't want nothing to do with this guy. I stayed and ended the interaction due to the professionalism and hard work Darren had put into finding what I wanted and answered question to put me in the right vehicle. When my answer wasn't his first guess of your finance guy, "Who doing your finance? Navy credit?" It was then he was so not interested in budging on the final numbers and recommending less than what I wanted. I inquired of first responder and employee discount, my father in law worked at GM 26 years before his passing. Neither of the two meant nothing. I purchased a vehicle from you guys several years before and wouldn't never believe I would have this experience this day and time. If this guy in the finance department is gonna play a major part in stimulating the economy, good luck. Thank you for entertaining my experience I had on yesterday. Disappointed, Alvin Byrd More

Man these dudes are full of xxxxxxxx I drove all the way to Dallas (2hrs) for nothing I could've stayed in Killeen they low balled me on my trade in. It was so low it was disrespectful. As always Vandergriff Chevrolet came through and got the job done at $0 cost to me! Cody K. from the service department, I felt, went above and beyond for my family and I to keep my cost at $0, my car at Va job done at $0 cost to me! It was in the shop longer than any of us expected but that was mainly due to the part being ordered took longer to come in since it was a Jeep. I got in a loaner finally at the perfect time and was not charged for it being a day late. The whole situation I think kind of put everyone in shock especially for them having a Jeep to work on lol. But he did it and did a great job! She feels like she is running so smooth now, accelerates amazingly smooth and is good to drive again. Thank you Cody and to all the Service team for getting my car fixed! I definitely recommend them to everybody! More

gave them 5 stars when i bought my truck,but now with my 1st service experience it has dropped. i have brand new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ that has a leak in back windows when it rains. i called service 1st service experience it has dropped. i have brand new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ that has a leak in back windows when it rains. i called service to setup an appointment only to have TANYA tell me its will be a $149 charge to get it looked it. im telling her its brand new with a 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty. So after a while i got tired of trying to explain so i hung up. called my sales rep and he was suppose to be working on me getting truck in and getting a loaner. After a few day of not hearing from him i called back only to get TANYA again and she tells me same thing,$149 to get it looked at, then she starts to tell me about her mitsubishi that she has to pay $200 to get looked at and when you go to the doctor you have to pay a copay. That had NOTHING to do with me,so i hung up again. called my rep he tells me come in that day and he will set me up. Well i get there and nothing setup he tells me to go see some adivsor ,i did he told me everything he needed to do to fix the problem and that he could get it done. NEXT i asked about a loaner and he tells me it will be FEBRUARY before he had a loaner. i told him i was going to call Classic Chevrolet , he say go ahead they going to have the same problem no loaners. i leave the lot to by way of the back lot and see xxxx near 30 courtesy vehicles in a back lot. I called my rep to ask xxx, and he gave me an excuse they probably going back into the system or getting ready to be put in. Im not going to down my rep because he offered me his truck or to take me to work if i dropped if off but by then i called my service advisor of 5years at Classic. She told me she could get my truck in the shop in 1 week and get me a loaner. i dropped my truck off 12/19/19 @ 11am and by 12/20/19 @ 11am i got a called it was ready. Thats the service im use to, i apologized to Classic for going eleswhere to buy a truck and it wouldnt happen again. Vandergriff your service is HORRIBLE and i will never ever come back again,THANKS FOR NOTHING More

Juan was very knowledgeable about my 2020 Equinox LT. He explained everything very well. GM has really improved vehicles in the last 20 years. My last car was a 2001 Olds Intrigue.
