I arrived at the dealership late in the evening (roughly 2 hours away from home). Lance was already juggling through several other clients at the same time but still made sure to get the process going for me and was sensitive to my time by working to get the best price possible for me without all of the haggling. He stayed well past closing time (finally left the dealership close to 11!) until everything was taken care of. What really stood out to me is that Lance offered to drive my vehicle from the dealership to where I lived (they were applying a few add-ons). He took the time to drive two hours on New Year's Day to deliver my truck in pristine condition. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as good as it could be! More
