He worked hard to get me the exact car I w I purchased a used 2014 Camry XLE with 55k miles. Lance Harnes was a wonderful sales rep (he gets 5 stars). He worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay (super low). I gave 4/5 stars for the dealership itself because of the financing process. They tried to get us to agree to an interest rate that was 3 percentage points over the outside financing I was able to secure through Citibank. They did come down and meet the lower interest rate, but not until we told them the Citibank rate. All in all, I ended up with a car I love and was led through the process by Lance, who was easy to work with. More

Above and Beyond Lance is a man of principle and really goes to bat for his customers. He helped me and my brother get great deals on new Texas Edition Silverados. I arrived at the dealership late in the evening (roughly 2 hours away from home). Lance was already juggling through several other clients at the same time but still made sure to get the process going for me and was sensitive to my time by working to get the best price possible for me without all of the haggling. He stayed well past closing time (finally left the dealership close to 11!) until everything was taken care of. What really stood out to me is that Lance offered to drive my vehicle from the dealership to where I lived (they were applying a few add-ons). He took the time to drive two hours on New Year's Day to deliver my truck in pristine condition. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as good as it could be! More
