He got me into a loaner vehicle.The whole process went very fast.He kept me informed of my vehicle and what needed to be done to solve my issue.It went great.Solved the problem, trucks running great. Train Wreck I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Avalon from Vandergriff Chevrolet. Once I drove it off the lots, and didn't have a salesman talking to me the entire t I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Avalon from Vandergriff Chevrolet. Once I drove it off the lots, and didn't have a salesman talking to me the entire time I was driving, I heard all kids of noises, and knew something was wrong with the car. I took it to a Toyota dealership the next day, and found out that the car had been in a wreck (which wasn't reported on the CarFax, but there was significant damage to the under-side of the car), and the front two from wheel bearings needed to be replaced, along with the front axle shaft. The two front struts had already been replaced. The car only had 49k miles! The dealership did take the car back, but Dan Baily, the Sales Manager, was not friendly about it, and I'm out $1,000 from time off of work dealing with this. Also, Awadi Mohamed was the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. I didn't trust a word coming out of his mouth. Dan, one of the other salesmen, was the only person that apologized for this fiasco. Does this dealership even do a safety inspection on their cars??? I will never go to another Vandergriff dealership, and will never recommend them. More

Excellent Customer Service I recently had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe serviced at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment for the service work or the recall; Layne, my servi I recently had my 2015 Chevy Tahoe serviced at Vandergriff Chevrolet. I didn't have an appointment for the service work or the recall; Layne, my service rep went and checked to make sure that it could all be done the same day. Further, I was told originally that it would take about 4 hrs, but it was only about 3. Layne, my service rep, was a very courteous and polite. He has made me want to bring my corvette back to be serviced because of his EXCELLENT customer service! The only thing that didn't happen was the car wash, but I'm not sure if that's included with service. More

RE-CALL ON SILVERADO and picked me upto receive Got my notice. Took it in. Paul Jennings went beyond expectations. Would recommend his customer service to any one. The deal took no time at all and was painless. Abishai Tisbi was very helpful and showed me the dealership and answered all my questions and was wonderful to work with. Austin Bryan the business manager was great to work with also, very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and explained to me options for extended warranties and other options and did not rush me on making my choices. Was all around great experience. More
