Seriously. I'd rather have the 3.5 hours back that was wasted at Vandergriff today. What I would really like is to have the issues addressed with your service department. When I schedule a service my minimum expectations are that you are prepared to service my vehicle when I arrive. This is the second time an oil change could not be done because your service department did not have the proper oil in stock for my truck. Was dumbfounded when this happened the first time and just plain angry today. I purchased the truck from your dealership and have only had it serviced there, when I schedule service, they should know everything about my truck and what will be needed to service it when it arrives. Either Omar dropped the ball, or the person scheduling the service or the service department, or all of the above. And it is just inexcusable that a manager did not seek me out when I asked to speak to one 2.5 hours into the ordeal. Perhaps a car wash could have been done in the 3 hours it was sitting waiting for the oil to arrive. Do you really think a car wash now will make this customer feel any better about this experience?
