Took my 2019 Traverse (69k miles) in to have an electrical diagnosis done after both headlights went out. Was told after the diagnostic that the headlights would need to be replaced but no mention electrical diagnosis done after both headlights went out. Was told after the diagnostic that the headlights would need to be replaced but no mention of any possible issues that could’ve caused the problem. Purchased the vehicle from Vandergriff and received the standard, baseline dealership offering/help. Not to mention the vehicle was brought in for electrical issues (under warranty) in 2020. Ongoing issue with the vehicle not addressed. More

They have an awesome selection of used cars. They have great customer service and very professional.
