Helped me out of a bind I let my niece drive my Silverado to the store. When she got back, my driver seat wouldn't move backwards (switch was broke). It was not safe for me t I let my niece drive my Silverado to the store. When she got back, my driver seat wouldn't move backwards (switch was broke). It was not safe for me to drive with my knees pressed against the console. I made it to Vandergriff at 5:50pm, 10 minutes before they closed. Cody Kwiatkowski greeted me at the door and asked how he could help. I explained the situation to him and he brought it back to a technician who was able to manually slide me electric seat back where it was safe for me to drive home that evening. Cody could have told me it was too late and I had no appointment, but he helped us out of a bind. I took it back the next morning and they fixed it and washed my truck for me. I live in Keller, TX, but I will always use Vandergriff in Arlington from now on. Cody was a true professional and lifesaver.
