She had worked with Ms. Lane on a used car purchase a few years ago and was very impressed with her, so I called Ms. Lane and scheduled an appointment. She was very knowlegeable regarding the car I was looking for and was excited to help me with my purchase. She was extremely professional and was able to answer any and all questions I asked her regarding the vehicle. It was an absolute joy to work with her. The other staff members that I came in contact with during my purchasing experience were also very helpful and they too were extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

I stopped by Vandergriff Honda on my way home f After heavily researching the 2017 Ridgeline, the last step was a test drive and seeing it in person. I stopped by Vandergriff Honda on my way home from grocery shopping to take a quick look and test drive. I had been leaning towards purchasing one, but the test drive clinched it. When I asked for the best price they could offer, the sales manager came out, introduced himself and immediately stated that he would not give me a price unless I committed to buying and driving out that day. I explained that I had groceries in my car and needed to get them home, I wasn't prepared to buy "today," but if he would let me know his best price I would take it under consideration. He flat refused. He said he "didn't want to pressure" me by giving me a price and then repeated that would not tell me the price unless I committed to purchasing and driving it off the lot, "today." No thanks Vandergriff Honda. I got in my vehicle and left. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm not "committing" to purchasing anything if I don't know the price - especially a high ticket item like a vehicle. There are too many other dealerships in the great state of Texas who will kindly work with me and who want my money. I felt bad for the salesperson who was left standing, knowing she'd just lost a sale because of the Sales Manager's actions. More

Deceptive Business Practice - Shady Dealership I wish I could give this Honda dealership less than one star, This dealership uses deceptive practice. They tried to take advantage of my 75 yr old Mo I wish I could give this Honda dealership less than one star, This dealership uses deceptive practice. They tried to take advantage of my 75 yr old Mom. I went through Truecar and got a price quote. I called and made arrangements with the salesperson as to price, tradein etc before I drove over. I was assured if I made the drive, it would be a hassle free fair transaction for my MOm. I gave them strict instructions that no games were to be played and I wanted the BEST PRICE the first time. They came back $10K Over the agreed upon price. (They offered $3500 less on trade too than 3 other dealers.) They were holding us hostage because they wouldn't give us our keys back so we could leave. After making a big scene in the lobby; the sales manager came out with a price reduction of $9k. WTH??? We finally got our keys back and drove to the Burleson dealership, We negotiated the deal over the phone and in 15 minutes we were signing the papers. They did not charge $1 more than the agreed upon phone price. We bought a 2016 Honda CRV for $10,500 less than this deceptive hidden charge, shady dealership. They promise you that is not their practice to get you in the door. Once inside. BEWARE!! Do not give them your keys!!! More
