Normally, buying a car kinda sucks, as the sales people can be pushy and a little dodgy, the typical used car salesman; however, Joy Baello put that stereotype to rest, as she was fantastic! Very personable, professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable, and above all NOT PUSHY. She explained everything, answered my questions, and gave me all the options. 10/10 would recommend Charles Maund, and 11/10 would recommend Joy. Above and beyond, well done! More

Painless buying experience I found a car on autotrader and contacted the dealership through the built in autotrader form. Ben Blackwell in sales replied to my email and discussed with me the car I was interested in. We were able to come to an agreeable price and I arranged to come down from Dallas the next day. When I got to the dealership they had already put a note on the car that it was sold which was nice. Ben took me on a short test drive and we got down to the business of buying the car. My bank in IA worked with the dealership all day while I was on the way down and got everything ready so all I had to do was sign a few things and I'd be funded and ready to go. The whole staff at the dealership were helpful and friendly. After getting all the paperwork done, they detailed the car and it was pristine when I left. Too bad I had a 4 hour drive home to get it all filthy again but it was a fun drive in my new car anyway! Many thanks to Ben and the staff at Maund VW. More

Disappointing Help with a Problem GTI On the verge of giving up on VW due to several factors at Charles Maund: inability and unwillingness to service my used GTI with 35,000 miles purchase On the verge of giving up on VW due to several factors at Charles Maund: inability and unwillingness to service my used GTI with 35,000 miles purchased from Charles Maund six months ago that constantly has electromechanical issues and has been stalling at low rpm. I just recently was hung up on while trying to schedule an appointment for a loaner as soon as possible, since my window switches have gone out and windows are stuck in a down position. Onion Creek immediately gave me an appointment, and I don't feel the need to Charles Maund, or purchase another VW after the diesel golf scandal and now a GTI full of issues. More

VW Maud service goes above & beyond! My battery died yesterday at one of the parking lots near the VW location. I didn't have much expectations when I called them asking what could be don My battery died yesterday at one of the parking lots near the VW location. I didn't have much expectations when I called them asking what could be done. They ended up sending a service consultant (huge thanks Jason!) who did jump-start my car and made an open slot to replace the battery that afternoon. You rarely see such excellent service and dedication to customer these days - well done VW Charles Maud!
