Finance Manager prepared the Contract incorrectly. I was signing the Contract on my phone. I asked him to send me an email so I could read it clearly. He told that he would send it after I had signed. I was signing the Contract on my phone. I asked him to send me an email so I could read it clearly. He told that he would send it after I had signed. I took his word that the Contract was properly done, signed it and he sent it. I printed out the Contract and found tha I had been “up charged $12,500 more than I had agreed to. It took 2 weeks to correct the “mistake,” the Finance Manager no longer works at Vanguard Automotive. I wonder why… More
