They were able to scope and complete the extensive repair (turbo) in less than two days. We were provided a loaner for the 1+ days the car was in the shop. Everyone was professional & helpful. Brant was excellent in keeping us informed of the repair status and in dealing with the warranty insurer. More

Mr. Phillip Escobar in service department was my first encounter with a service rep. Have brought my Jetta back to Maund since that first day. Mr. Escobar provides detailed excellent service and a lot of information and always gets all questions answered with no delay or hesitation. He is very honest and straight forward about the entire process. Also he is very prompt and accomodating ! I really liked the way he quickly came back and fourth to lounge area with answers to my questions. My experience over all at Maund was excellent! I will return as well as recommend Maund to others.
