I went in to just talk about a new car and met with Joseph who started walking through what they had and what they cost. He told me how the GTI would be better then gave me the keys and we went on a test ride. I loved the car and he solidified my decision with getting a new GTI. We went back to the office and took a look at a few different options and the costs associated with them. Shortly thereafter, I'm calling my insurance to see what owning this car would cost me there, and he's pulling up paperwork and speaking with Marshall to see what they could give me for my old car which they gave me a little more than I actually expected. They told me they would have to order the car in because the specific version I wanted wasn't in stock but they told me they would have it the next day. I came in the following day to pick it up, paid the down payment and signed the paperwork and I couldn't have been happier with my new 2012 VW GTI. More
That was a very pleasant experience in car buying. While I went with the TDI Passat in mind the choices were made easy and clear by Gordon.Even the color --which in the ads was flaky! He showed me what we could expect--and I was pleased. We were always treated well and with a smile.At no time was any deal forced on us --even subtly . In my mind I thought these guys were the most un-car-salesmen type and told them so! While the wait for the car became a bit stressful and no definite time was forthcoming , both Ken & Gordon put me at ease and even gave me a (probable) cockamamie story about the delay! :-). Nevertheless they were very prompt at replies and immediately informed me when she arrived.After that the delivery was a breeze and I even got a better deal from VW finance (thanks Marshall) than my own bank. If all the above reads like a promo ad --so be it! I am sincerely pleased with the treatment and with the Car!! PS I saw the car in a TV ad first and then followed up on the net for details. More
This dealership has horrible customer service. The service advisor's answer to my questions about what might be wrong was "anything is possible". He was rude and condesending. The service manager suggested that it was my fault this guy was rude because I "interupted him". The undertone to this conversation being that I did not deserve the same considerations that other customers received. Then the general manager told me that the service manager has had this problem before and the service advisor was having a bad day. Everyperson that I talked with at this dealership has been rude and belittling. Also there is no person that will tell you that this behavior is not acceptable. If you want to be taken advantage of and talked down to go here. If not I suggest you go somewhere else! More

When we arrived at the dealership, Marc allowed us to test drive the vehicle, and had it cleaned and waiting for us. He applied zero pressure to us throughout the whole experience. He was easily accessible by phone and if we left a message, he called us back right away. When we finally bought the car, meeting with the finance manager took all of 20 minutes. There was no haggling or gimmicks. They also suggested that if we wanted to have the car looked over, a company called "Auto P.I." We had a great experience with them, as well. They were happy to comply with any requests for minor improvements to the vehicle. We were very impressed with their service overall. No complaints. More

My sales associate, Jack Colp was so personable and friendly, not one time did I feel anxious to leave, and I could have stayed there all day talking to him. We did not play the back and fourth game with the numbers. I got a very fair price on my trade and purchase price of my car. They gave us the best trade in price for a car........ they even told us to try carmax for the best price and then competed with that price and got us a new car for the pr trade in price for a car........ they even told us to try carmax for the best price and then competed with that price and got us a new car for the price of a used car from carmax with a 5.9% interest rate...... Ya the monthly is a lil high for us; but that was because we didn't have a down payment for the car..... but we got the best gas mileage out there on the market for any car and it's a wagon which means that it can haul stuff, kids and is large enough to still be safe and it is stylish..... No complaints. Our next car will be a VW! More
