Working with Billy was easily the best car-buying experience I've had in my nearly 20 years of buying cars, from Fords and Mercedes to Land Rovers and SAABs (if anyone remembers those!). He'd done so experience I've had in my nearly 20 years of buying cars, from Fords and Mercedes to Land Rovers and SAABs (if anyone remembers those!). He'd done so much legwork before I ever set foot in the dealership, by the time I got there all they needed to do was double-check my trade-in, let me take the car I'd selected out for a spin, and finalize the paperwork. And I know everyone approaches it differently, but Billy also took great care to help me feel safe and not like a crazy person for still wearing my mask. I also liked the cool new interactive desktop in finance for the signatures, and the flash drive for my records instead of a ton of paperwork. I'd come back here in a heartbeat and will keep VW at the top of my list next time thanks to a terrific experience this time. Thank you Billy and Charles Maund VW, I'm so happy with my new Atlas!
