The salesman was great ! The overall buying experience was good, but I was very unpleased that we brought the 2009 Chrysler town & country van home on August 2nd 2013 it was smoking due to a hole that was was good, but I was very unpleased that we brought the 2009 Chrysler town & country van home on August 2nd 2013 it was smoking due to a hole that was in a y shaped piece connected to a hose that sprayed out all of my antifreeze. We had to fill with water just so I could get the van back to them on that Monday August 5th 2013 so they could fix the problem which was great that they fixed it but its not the kind of issue you expect to have on a just purchased vehicle certainly not after being told and showed the paper stating the vehicle had been through a 21 point inspection by the used service dept. also we had issues with tire pressure and come to find out there was a nail in the tire that they had to patch! So I honestly can't say that I would or would not recommend my family or friends to this dealership simply bc I feel the vehicle wasn't checked out as good as it should have been and there was no apologie from any one stating that they were sorry we had a rocky purchase from them I ran out almost half a tank of gas out driving back and fourth getting the issues fixed and was not offered any compensation Brent & Brandi Boles More
