My experience at Vann York Honda was great. I have had bad experiences with car dealerships in the past so I was skeptical, but Lamar was helpful and friendly and eased my fears. Ryan showed me the car I ended up buying (I LOVE IT) and Jonathan helped me find a way to finance it on terms that were acceptable to me. Overall, I was extremely pleased. The only things I can complain about are 1. the amount of time it took (I was at the dealership for probably 2 or 3 hours or more) and 2. I wasn't 100% sure of the purchase price I was paying for the car until I was signing the paperwork. They told me what the monthly payments would be, but not the final price. Everything else was effortless and I LOVE my car. More
