When I shared my concerns, he understood and had an alternative in mind that he wanted me to consider. I stopped by and really liked what he had in mind and the price was pretty good, but I told him I was going to look a little further. I started researching the model online to be better informed about that type of car that evening. I emailed Curtis all my questions and he called me the next day. By Tuesday, February 28th, I was taking a friend with me that has helped me work on my cars to help me see if this was really as good a deal as I thought it was and check out the car. By that evening, I was leaving with the car. It was even the colors and features I would have chosen for myself had I ordered it custom built. It was like Curtis had read my mind. I have been constantly telling others about my deal and referring them to Curtis and Vann York High Point Nissan. I was really well taken care of and I feel like he really listened and addressed my every need. More

I and my wife did not felt any pash at all. really did not have any felling of normal fraustration we had with other dealers before (3) the quality of their work is excellent. in a short time we were educated about the car, the features, get good recommendation of the options and even colors. we are very pleased about what we got (4) the car itself is excellent too. Got a 2012 ALtima SL - felt the driving experinces, the control, the quality of the car are very good - just as teh described by the Consumer Reports. The sales staff were extremely pleasant to deal with and answered all questions as fairly possible. My only regret is not showing up earlier in the day rather than late afternoon. I believe I would have had time to review other options and not being rushed due to the end of the month deals. If I had to do it all over again with this dealership, I would. The only exception I would have made, would be to request a quote when comparing vehicles, to list the total walk out the door price for each car viewed. Having those figures would have made my decision making a little better. More

I received a flyer about purchasing my 07 Versa so I called Van York and got Lamar Jackson. He was so friendly that I made an appointment to stop by the next day. I had no plan to buy a car just wanted information about my car. After talking to Lamar, he told me what he would give me for my Versa, it sounded too good to be true. At that point I decided to see if I could get the color and style that I wanted. WELLLLL, Lamar got to work and Walter got to checking. The next thing I knew they had found my new car. It did not have all the options that I wanted. Do you know to my amazement those two managed to have each one installed to sell me the perfect Versa! I had purchased my first Versa 5 years ago from Van York. That experience was good and so I wanted to do business with them. These guys surpassed that first experience a 100 times! I was made to feel special and important. All my questions were answered about my new Versa! Being single, I worry about care car and oil changes etc with a car. These guys sold me this great package called Car Care. All my maintance worries are taken care of for the next 5 years. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! The icing on the cake is that those guys have called me twice to make sure everyting is good and invited me to a new car buyer reception on November 15th. I could not be happier! I am delighted to share my experience with folks and I have even written about Van York Nissan on my Facebook page. It is awesome to know that in this "new age", a company still cares and gives good customer service to all folks. Thank you! More

Had been doing research for a couple months looking around and finding nothing worth my time finally contacted Vann York's s set up a appointment, come in to look at a used Altima well it was out and the person I came into see was not there. Joseph Bristow introduced himself and showed me a couple that where on the lot. after a test drive and kicking the tires, we sat down with Keith Webber and did some horse trading on the price, come back the following day and did some more horse trading and we come up with a fair price, signed the following day. As for service just had them put new tires on car rides so much nicer, will definitely be using them for all my needs. More
