The staff at High Point Nissan was incredible to work with. Very friendly and helpful. It was very evident that they wanted our business. I started visiting this dealership several months ago just to look. Each time I visited, they were not pushy and or covering. They were the most helpful and easy going of all of the dealerships visited just to look. Each time I visited, they were not pushy and or covering. Where do I start......I went to Vann York Nissan to buy a 2009 Altima.......The staff was very very friendly and helpful....They worked late and hard to get me into the Altima and had me into it in no time.. 2009 Altima.......The staff was very very friendly and helpful....They worked late and hard to get me into the Altima and had me into it in no time..... Unfortunately, I encountered a problem and Walter did everything it took to make it right.....He went above and beyond, in my opinion to make certain I was 100% satisfied with my knew vehicle.......I will be forever grateful for the superior service that I received and will always recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a knew vehicle...... We went out to purchase a 2009 Nissan Altima. That day I transferred money into my account to pay for the car in cash. Our sales representative, Abraham, was very nice and genuine. However, the sales manage transferred money into my account to pay for the car in cash. Our sales representative, Abraham, was very nice and genuine. However, the sales manager was very rude and a complete jerk. I went out to purchase a $21000 car with cash in hand and the sales manager tells my wife and I to stop being cheap and buy the car right then and their otherwise he will not sell me the car for $21000 in the afternoon (we went there in the morning). He literally raised his voice at us! We left the dealership and went to Crown Nissan in Greensboro and purchased the exact same Nissan Altima for the exact price, $21000. Our experience with Crown Nissan was like a breath of fresh air. I live half a mile away from Van York Nissan and now I have to drive 20 miles to Crown Nissan for maintenance every other month More

I was very, very pleased with the Vann York's Highpoint Nissan Dealership. I appreciated working with Doug and Scott. Before buying, I had spoken to many other Nissan dealerships in the are area and choose Nissan Dealership. I appreciated working with Doug and Scott. Before buying, I had spoken to many other Nissan dealerships in the are area and choose these guys. This dealer is the top of my list for so many good things. The people I dealt with were super honest, knowledgeable, fair & very nice. The GM, Scott, was one of the nicest vehicle managers I've ever dealt with.
