The overall experience (especially the purchasing part) was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We arrived around 8 pm on a Friday night and they were more than willing to stay and he was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We arrived around 8 pm on a Friday night and they were more than willing to stay and help us. The total time we were at the dealership was probably no more than 1 1/2 hours and we left with our new 2013 Toyota Prius. We had test driven the vehicle 1 week prior and never felt pressured by any staff to make the purchase. Charles Martin and Don Hinds were helpful, informative and overall a pleasure to work with. We will definitely recommend Van York Toyota and these two gentlemen to friends and family. Thank you Van York Toyota for a wonderful experience! More

To me car buying is like going to dentist. We all hate it, but at Van York Toyota it was a wonderful experience. As my husband put it just give me your best price and I will either buy it or walk away an it, but at Van York Toyota it was a wonderful experience. Everything was handled in one day. Jose Bustillo was sharp, truly acceptable, and very informative on explaining the features on the car when I went to pick it up. We are from Greensboro so we tried to work with Rice Toyota since we bought our last car from there. They were hard to work with and not being able to locate a car we wanted. So we went to Van York Toyota in High Point and found the car we were trying to locate. I would very much recommend Van York and also Jose Bustillo. More

We were turned away from another Toyota dealership because they were not interested in helping us, however Terrence was very attentive to our needs and found a way to work ou another Toyota dealership because they were not interested in helping us, however Terrence was very attentive to our needs and found a way to work out a deal that we were happy with.
