Bought the vehicle & was suppose to come back the next day for new tires, Well the next day they didn't have them. So i had to leave work & go that monday. Apon that i stopped in for a few problems i next day for new tires, Well the next day they didn't have them. So i had to leave work & go that monday. Apon that i stopped in for a few problems i had with the vehicle. I had a service tech ride with me to show him the problem & left the vehicle to be fixed. The next day they said it was ready & they couldn't find the problem so again i went back up there to show them. Couple days later i was told by service manager that they didn't want to fix it & was going to ask me to walk away. Well i didn't & i was promised by the sales manager that he was putting a new transmission in. Well i waited & waited then 2 weeks later it was ready but no new transmission only few parts i guess were swapped. But i cannot get ANY paperwork from them showing what they done. I am not happy promises were broken, I am not happy with my purchase. They did keep me with transportation. I picked my vehicle up with fuel light on & it was suppose to go through a check before it went on the lot. It wasn't. I asked that that be done before i picked it up. It wasn't. I am aggrivated with the guys there, They keep saying what you want to hear but doing the opposite. Now a week after getting it back driving with a out of date plate I my 30 day warranty is running out & many times ive asked for it to be extended. Still havn't gotten any paperwork for work done but was informed i have a 90 warranty on parts they fixed in trans. They told me the work was going to be done at GM. They offer a 12m 12k mile warranty on rebuilds & 5yr 100k on new. Im definitly getting shafted & wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Sorry but ive given them many chances. The last time i ranted to the sales guy he told me to calm down i was getting a new trans.. well i didn't so im fed up with the shady ness. THIER MISSION is to sell a car not get a customer. More
