It was a pleasant experience working with James and Richard. We bought a 2012 Toyota Prius III. James was able to find a car with the right exterior/interior color combination we were looking for. We were also able to negotiate the price including a trade on the phone and it came in under what Rice Toyota offered so we were happy we contacted Vann York. The only real complaint I had was a mixup on VIN numbers. I had paperwork that had a different VIN than the car. Also the paperwork that was faxed to my credit union where I'm financing it had a third VIN. After I found the difference and let them know, I had to return to the dealership to sign the paperwork again, but they were ready when I arrived. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes which included faxing a new buyers order to the credit union. All in all it was a good experience and Richard was very thorough in explaining all of the features on the Prius. More
