My husband an I were in the market for a car and decided to try Vann York Toyota. The salesman Mike Rose greeted us at the door and he was very polite and concerned about what type of vehicle we were looki to try Vann York Toyota. Instead of taking us around looking at all the cars he had on the lot, he sat down with us and determined the type of vehicle we wanted. Once he had determined the model,options and color we were looking for we test drove it and decided to buy it. He made our buying experience enjoyable and stress free. After buying the car he took us around the dealership showing us where the service and parts department was located and introduced us to some of the staff. He even called us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He and all the staff at Vann York Toyota that we have met are courteous and helpful. We purchased a vehicle from Vann York Toyota for the second time in 13 months. We have been fortunate enough to deal with the general manager Levan. Even though they were very busy Levan made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. This time we purchased a Rav4 Sport. Our sales rep was Keo. He knows the Toyota product inside and out. We must have asked him 20-30 questions. He was pleasant to work with and was not pushy at all. He was more concerned that we were happy with the car than he was about making the sale.
