Instead of taking us around looking at all the cars he had on the lot, he sat down with us and determined the type of vehicle we wanted. Once he had determined the model,options and color we were looking for we test drove it and decided to buy it. He made our buying experience enjoyable and stress free. After buying the car he took us around the dealership showing us where the service and parts department was located and introduced us to some of the staff. He even called us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He and all the staff at Vann York Toyota that we have met are courteous and helpful. I have recommended buying a car from Mike at Vann York to quite a few of my friends and family. More
