Terrence was the best sales associate I have ever had. Several things made him exceptional. He was patient with me and not pushy. In addition, when my wife, 2yr old and I went Saturday to initially look around the computers were down. We had to wait a while for the system to come back up. Our 2yr old needed to get some lunch so Terrence offered to give 1/2 chicken sandwich to my son. We really appreciated that(so did my son, Jackson).
