I negotiated the purchase through the internet and text messaging and soon was able to lock down a price and estimated delivery date since the Highlander Hybrid I wanted was not in stock. Robert was a nice man, however, he wasn’t that helpful when it came to explaining anything about the car, he never once tried to “sell” me on the car. I had asked about the dusty/ scratch marks in the bac when it came to explaining anything about the car, he never once tried to “sell” me on the car. I had asked about the dusty/ scratch marks in the back seat, I asked if they were permanent or would wipe off and he made the smart remark “you do know this is a used car”. He then said he would get his detailer to go over it once more, he did not. I feel like if you’re buying a car even if it’s used, the least they can do is wipe down the car, there was a layer of dust everywhere. Another thing was that the process took entirely too long, I was there for hours. More
