Very good experience - Charles Martin - Vann York Toyota In November, we bought a new Toyota Highlander from Vann York, Mr. Charles Martin, Sales Advisor. A week later, our son's engine burned out on a 2010 In November, we bought a new Toyota Highlander from Vann York, Mr. Charles Martin, Sales Advisor. A week later, our son's engine burned out on a 2010 VW, GTI. Our son, Kevin is a fellowship student in grad school (UT Knoxville) . This is his last year and we were desperate to find a replacement vehicle for him. We contacted Charles Martin at Vann York. Charles works hard to provide his customers with exactly what they are looking for in an automobile. We had a very good experience buying our from Charles, and because we have a long and positive history with Vann York Auto. We were set on a Corolla S, that we were able to come within $600 of the price, but the sales manager would not budge. Charles aware of our disappointment, very quickly came to the rescue with a Camry that was very clean and was what my son needed. Charles Martin is an amazing and excellent salesman.
