New Car VIsit our experience was a little too long, for one thing is was a day they only had a few salesmen as I understand it. I know we had to haggle, go back our experience was a little too long, for one thing is was a day they only had a few salesmen as I understand it. I know we had to haggle, go back and forth on a price, color of car, and so on, but surely they could have had more help. We were there for about 6 hours. Charles was a wonderful salesman, very patient, very considerate, was not too crazy about the person (forgot his name) who came over to try to complete the deal, it was almost like good cop, bad cop between the two. I just thought he came across rude and was irritated that we was sticking to one price. We came out with a deal, finally, and happy with the vehicle but at the same time, the time spent there surely could have been more pleasant. I know Charles had to run back and forth between us and another customer or maybe it was 2 more customers. . All of that being said, I must say you have a very good employee in Charles Martin. More

My first Car buying experience First let me say that I had the chance of working with one of the most hardworking and coolest car salesmans ever. I began car shopping in January. From big time to small time dealers, one thing that they all have in common is saying "Well, I can't help you." Needless to say I am picky but the way I see it is, if I'm spending money on it, it better be what I want. So I decided to take another leap of hope by coming down To Vann York Toyota by way of another friend and was introduced to Goodloe Napier. By far the coolest guy you can meet. He wasn't into just selling a car, he was into making sure I was comfortable with my first major expense. He even text me off hours just to ask about certain vehicles. I gotta say in one week he showed me a total of like 15 cars but not once did he say "well, I cant help you" he worked with me and my picky friend, and I mean the annoying picky, for about a week. He finally got us both into 2012 Toyota Camrys, almost fully loaded, great mileage, both with full warranty coverage, and deals you just don't find. It's been a week since I've been in my vehicle, so far so good and I absoul love it! For those reasons and a few others, I loved my car buying experience, the dealer and especially the seller. More

Justin greeted me immediately and I was very impressed with his non aggressive and very informative approach. He asked very precise and pertinent questions. Would not discount at all. Tried to buy used Honda accord. They would not discount the car one dollar.
